• Vercel Analytics: Provides insights into page views and traffic patterns (anonymized)
• PostHog: Tracks user interactions to improve usability (no personal data)

These tools do not collect personally identifiable information and do not track individuals across websites.

No User Accounts or Login

We do not offer user accounts, login systems, or require any personal information to access content. Individuals may use all features on this platform anonymously.

AI Chat

The AI chat feature does not store conversation history. Conversations are not saved on our servers. Individuals should not provide sensitive personal information (e.g., passport numbers, dates of birth, contact information) in the chat, as the conversation data may be processed by third-party AI services.

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. Essential cookies for website functionality may be used by our hosting provider (Vercel). We do not use cookies for advertising or behavioral tracking.

No Data Sales

We do not sell, trade, or share personal data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

Donations (Stripe)

If individuals choose to make a donation, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store payment card information. Stripe processes payments according to their own privacy policy.

We only receive transaction confirmation and donation amount information.

PIPEDA Compliance

MyImmigrantRights.ca is committed to compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and all applicable Canadian privacy laws. Individuals have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of personal information held by us. Such requests may be made by contacting contact@myimmigrantrights.ca.
